How to use
Melt the lentils between 60°C and 62°C .
Infiltrate the tissue after processing with alcohol and xylene.
Place the tissue in a mold filled with liquid paraffin and allow to cool.
Cut the block using a microtome (3–5 µm) and prepare the slides.
